Vihari looked impressive in the middle after Ajinkya Rahane fell for a first ball duck and managed to score 42 runs for the fourth wicket with substitute captain KL Rahul. However, in the 39th over of the innings, Vihari came across a brilliant catch by Rassie van der Dussen of the bowling of Kagiso Rabada's for a dogged 20 of 53 balls.

Van der Dussen caught a blinder which even scared Vihari. Vihari started walking towards the pavilion when the replay broadcast on the big screen showed Rabada's front foot possibly touching the line.

Fans called Vihari in bad luck because the delivery that dismissed him was a no-ball, but neither the umpires on the pitch nor the third umpire noticed. Umpires are trolled on the social media for the same reason.

"Back spasm rules out Captain Kohli from the second test. Drop a (Heart Emoji) to wish King a speedy recovery! Hope to see you on the field for the third test skip!" Indian Premier League franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore wrote on Twitter.

“Virat Kohli has an upper back spasm. A legitimate injury considering all the backstabbing @BCCI's done to him. #SAvIND,” one fan tweeted.

Another fan compared the Virat incident to footballer Mesut Ozil when German was knocked out of the Arsenal side. "Virat Kohli has back spasms, it reminds that Ozil was sent off from Arsenal for the same reason ...
