It's said that necessity is the mother of invention, and when it comes to saving money as Jugaadu, no one does it better than us.
Indians and Jugaad go together; we are able to come up with strange but workable solutions to make our lives easier like this man from Bihar did. A mechanic and artist in Bagaha of Bihar thought of a Jugaad and decided to turn his Tata Nano car into a helicopter.
It is wedding season in India and many bride and groom, who cannot afford expensive helicopters, have already booked this Tata Nano helicopter for grand entrances at their wedding venues.
Spent Rs 2 Lakh to Convert a Nano Car Into a Helicopter
According to report by Dainik Bhaskar, a resident of Bagaha, Guddu Sharma converted a Nano car into a helicopter by spending more than Rs 2 Lakh.
Guddu said he had seen the high demand for helicopters at weddings and many people would have liked to bring their bride home on chariots, but due to money problems they cannot afford it. Seeing all this, Guddu transformed his car into an affordable helicopter for everyone.
Its Rent Is 15,000 Rupees
Guddu Sharma, the craftsman who transformed the car into a helicopter, said: “In the era of digital India, this invention is a living example of India's self-reliance. One and a half lakh rupees is spent to manufacture such a “helicopter”, while this high-tech helicopter will cost more than two lakh rupees to provide many advanced facilities.
He used sensors to give the vehicle the desired features and rents it out for 15,000 rupees for weddings.
Unsurprisingly, there's a huge demand for his Nano-turn wedding helicopter and he admits he's not the first person to do it.
Mithilesh Prasad Turns His Tata Nano Into a Helicopter To Fulfill His Childhood Dream
Mithilesh Prasad, from Chhapra in Bihar, has transformed his Tata Nano car into a helicopter to fulfill his childhood dream of designing a helicopter. It took him seven months to complete the project.
Although the modified car cannot fly, it has the features of a main rotor similar to that of a conventional helicopter, a tail boom and a tail motor. Prasad has also installed colored LED lights on its rotors and side panels. He has invested Rs 7 lakh in the project.
The Brazilian is also building a helicopter with parts from scrapped cars
Like India, some Jugaadu are also present in other countries. A Brazilian used car parts to build a helicopter that really flies! A scruffy helicopter made from scrapped car parts and believed to have been powered by the engine of a Volkswagen Beetle was seen flying.
Jeep made from scrap
This clearly doesn’t meet with any of the regulations but I will never cease to admire the ingenuity and ‘more with less’ capabilities of our people. And their passion for mobility—not to mention the familiar front grille pic.twitter.com/oFkD3SvsDt

Our country is number 1 in the case of Jugaad, people here have the ability to do a lot with very little resources. As a man from Maharashtra, he managed to build a scrap four-wheeled jeep which also impressed Anand Mahindra.
Despite his low education, Dattatraya Lohar built the vehicle to meet his son's wishes, according to YouTube channel Historicano, which posted a video report on the unique creation. The four-wheeled vehicle was made with an investment of only Rs. 60,000 and incorporates the starting mechanism normally seen on two-wheeled vehicles.
