The video looks like a water fall from a hill area, which feels a surprise view to the citizens of that place. Peoples are getting excited to see that view. And its got viral in whatsapp group of that area. The main reason for occurring this view, is breaking of water pipeline of water authority which passes through underground of that place.
The scene occurred due to the high pressure of main water pipeline that comes from a huge water tank build in so height. So, the force of the water through this pipeline made this view so beautiful. However, It was an amazing view but along with that a danger of power may come through this water flow , because the water force reached to the height of electric line situated on the road.

You can also hear the discussion among the people, to move off from the flow of water, due to the power danger hidden in the spot. So, with in a short span the power supply was swithched off in that area to avoid the risk of life loss.
